Koklas Studios - Lithakia (Zakynthos)

Well-equipped and large room, very special experience!

Nice welcome from host. Beautiful and stunning location just next door to restaurants, pubs, clubs and shops, all local bars & restaurants and Agios Sostis beach. Nice surrounding, set on the coast.

I stayed at Koklas Studios for a week-long beach vacation with my family, and it exceeded all our expectations! The hosts, Tereza and Antonis, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home right away. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable, and we loved the view from our balcony. The highlight of our stay was the access to the hosts' own garden, where we could pick fresh vegetables and eggs. We also had the chance to try their homemade olive oil and olive soap, which were both fantastic. Truly a little slice of paradise!

We had an excellent stay in Lithakia really close to a very nice peaceful bay and separation from the run-of-the-mill type destinations. Its location was charming, not far from Cameo Island;)))

I recently stayed at an amazing hotel called Koklas Studios in Zakynthos for a beach holiday. The location was perfect, with a breathtaking view and just a short walk to the sea. Theresa and Antonio, the owners, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, treating us to homemade goodies like marmalade, olive oil. They even shared their delicious desserts with us. The hospitality of this family made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and fantastic, on the island Cameo! 🌟

The Koklas family treated us like we were their own family, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the homemade olive oil, wine, and fresh vegetables from the garden were a delightful bonus. We felt truly at home and would highly recommend Koklas Studios to everyone.

For dads, it would be great to have a playground area for children.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment you arrive, you feel like you've found paradise on earth. The host, Teresa, is super nice and always available to help with any questions or needs. The views from each private terrace are jaw-dropping, with cozy corners to sit and soak in the beauty of the coast. The garden is a unique feature, with fresh veggies, herbs, olive oil, and more at your disposal. And let's not forget about Gina, the sweet horse in the olive grove! The location is perfect, within walking distance to the beach, supermarket, and an authentic Greek taverna. The separate bathroom for early check-in or late checkout is a welcome bonus. This place truly exceeded our expectations and deserves a 20 out of 10 for its hospitality!

I keep coming back to this amazing place because it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, beach access. The staff even helped me find a better taxi. Perfect for my holiday!

Great location close to the beach, away from the typical touristy spots. It was a lovely and charming escape from the usual crowded places ☀️. We enjoyed our stay near the center, with easy access to the beaches and restaurants.

our short break in lithakia was even better than our previous stay. koklas studios exceeded our expectations with their exclusive and artistic atmosphere. the personal terrace overlooking the turtle beach and the abundance of fresh local produce made our stay truly unforgettable.
